Vibration Monitoring Protector

This product delivers cost-effective continuous monitoring and protection functions for large rotating machinery. It is a specially designed and developed solution for continuous monitoring and protection of mechanical equipment ranging from moderately critical to low-critical assets across multiple industrial sectors, applicable to petrochemical, oil & gas, power generation, water treatment, pulp and paper, machinery processing, mining, cement, and other industries.

※ Configure the monitor via the 10/100 Ethernet communication interface using the supporting monitor configuration software developed by our company

※ One dedicated speed and keyphasor channel, compatible with eddy current probes, magnetic reluctance transmitters, and proximity switch sensors

※ Three buffered sensor outputs (including keyphasor signals) with short-circuit and electromagnetic interference protection. Continuous monitoring and protection signals are accessible via BNC connectors for each buffered output

※ 2.42-inch OLED display for vibration measurement values, setpoints, and rotational speed

※ Two synchronous sampling input channels for acceleration/velocity/eddy current sensors for advanced diagnostic analysis, supporting real-time alarm configuration of key measurement values (broadband acceleration peak, broadband acceleration RMS, equivalent acceleration peak, velocity peak, velocity RMS, displacement peak-to-peak, displacement RMS, rotational speed)
