Six-Channel Vibration Monitoring Protector

This product delivers cost-effective continuous monitoring and protection functions for large rotating machinery. It is a specially designed and developed solution for continuously monitoring and protecting mechanical equipment ranging from moderately critical to low-critical levels across multiple industrial sectors, applicable to petrochemical, oil and gas, power generation, water treatment, pulp and paper, machining, mining, cement, and other industries.

4 channels of vibration sensor inputs (compatible with ICP/IEPE acceleration/velocity sensors, magnetoelectric velocity sensors, and eddy current displacement sensors) with buffered signal outputs

2 channels of temperature sensor inputs (supporting PT100 and PT1000 sensors), covering a temperature range of -40°C to 300°C

6 channels of analog outputs (4–20 mA output by default; 2–10 V output optional)

Adjustable parameters for each channel including sensor sensitivity, alarm threshold, danger threshold, alarm delay, and measuring range
