Five-channel Vibration Monitoring Protector

This product delivers cost-effective continuous monitoring and protection functions for large rotating machinery. It is a specially designed and developed solution for continuous monitoring and protection of mechanical equipment ranging from moderately critical to low-criticality levels across multiple industrial sectors, and is applicable to petrochemical, oil & gas, power generation, water treatment, pulp and paper, machining, mining, cement, and other industries.

4 channels of vibration sensor inputs (compatible with ICP/IEPE acceleration/velocity sensors, magnetoelectric velocity sensors, and eddy current displacement sensors)

1 channel of static displacement sensor input (compatible with eddy current, LVDT, and resistive cable displacement sensors)

5 channels of analog outputs (4~20mA output by default, 2-10V output optional)

10 relay outputs, with 2 relays allocated per channel (250V AC, 5A / 30V DC, 5A)

Parameters including sensor sensitivity, alarm threshold, danger threshold, alarm delay, and measuring range for each channel are configurable
