The miniature integrated vibration transmitter is developed based on piezoelectric acceleration sensors.
It is equipped with a built-in integrating circuit to output vibration velocity signals. Compared with magnetoelectric velocity sensors, it features a wider response frequency range (5Hz to 1000Hz), less vulnerable mechanical moving parts (with a service life of up to 7 years), lighter sensor mass and excellent dynamic performance.
Technical Parameters:
1. Measuring Range: Vibration velocity 0–200 mm/s (optional), standard range 0–20 mm/s; acceleration 0–50 g (optional)
2. Output Current: 4–20 mA
3. Response Frequency: 5Hz–1000Hz
4. Velocity Direction: Positive direction from the bottom to the sensor
5. Ambient Temperature: -10℃ to +70℃
6. Power Supply Voltage: 12V–36V
7. Housing Material: Stainless steel
8. Weight: 110 grams
9. Mounting Thread: M5, M10×1.5 thread or magnetic base (custom options available)
10. Piezoelectric Material: PZT-5
11. Output Mode: Two-wire system
